Bruno Parmentier is an engineer from the École des Mines de Paris. After spending a good part of his career in the press and publishing, he also directed the Angers Higher School of Agriculture (ESA) for more than ten years. He is the author of “Feeding Humanity” and “Zero Hunger” (Editions La Découverte), “Eating Everyone and Well” (Editions du Seuil) and “Agriculture, Food and Global Warming” (Internet broadcast). He is also host of the Nourrir-Manger blog and YouTube channel.
