Amy is an author and solo mum of three children. Her writing career didn’t begin until the age of 36, when she started a blog called Surviving Motherhood, sharing life with her two and four year old, in tow. She went on to self-publish The New Mum's Notebook - a sanity saving journal to support new mums - which she then sold the worldwide rights to.
